By using Roamr you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Roamr is

Roamr is a conversational travel assistant. It searches a travel catalog, ranks results against the preferences held in your context graph, and records the decisions you choose to log so that later searches are better matched to you.

Important: Roamr currently operates on a curated demonstration catalog of hotels, flights, and activities. It does not connect to live booking systems, does not take payment, and cannot make a real reservation on your behalf. Prices and availability shown are illustrative and must be confirmed with the provider before you travel.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Roamr.
One person per account; do not share credentials.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Roamr, other accounts, or its infrastructure.
Automate abusive volumes of requests or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
Use Roamr to store unlawful content, or to violate the rights of others.
Reverse-engineer the service in order to extract credentials or other users' data.

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Connected applications

You may authorize AI assistants and other clients to access Roamr on your behalf via OAuth. You control which are connected and may revoke access at any time. You are responsible for the applications you authorize; once connected, they act with the permissions you granted.

Your data

You retain ownership of the preferences, trips, and decisions you record. Handling is described in the Privacy Policy. You may request deletion at any time.

Availability

Roamr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may change or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of significant changes.

No travel advice or agency

Roamr does not act as a travel agent and provides no professional travel, visa, health, or safety advice. Match scores are algorithmic suggestions, not recommendations you should rely on without your own judgment. Always verify entry requirements, prices, and safety information with authoritative sources.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roamr and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from travel decisions made using the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
